Here, summed up in a sentence, is the raison d’être of the Moulin d’Andé Cultural Association. From the moment of its conception to the present day, the Moulin has always been a welcoming home for artists of every description.

Many who have stayed there can testify to the spell it casts, as they experience a oneness with the spirit and endeavours of all those who have gone before.
